It would be funny if aliens would leave an easter egg or a 'joke' of some sorts at the place in universe where the big bang happened since the telescope can look for light as far as when the big bang happened.
Big signs like a museum for example at the big bang: "Here is where it all started".
If you go 450 lightyears back you see a sign: "here is where the first simple lifeform was created by random chaos of particles (funfact, life only started once, all life in the universe has the same blueprint and was passed on by asteroids and meteorites to planets)"
Since life also only happened once on earth. With exctinction level events in the history of earth there was always life that survived. Dinosaurs, insects and us have the same programming blueprint of DNA genetic code. It is different for every species but same blueprint.
