What if Earth is so unintelligent and incompetent that other space civilizations decided to ignore us for other better civilizations

What if the "Aliens" think earth is just an early growing civilization that they've decided that making contact (invading/communicating) is unnecessary for them

and that we are considered an "Exclusive No Contact Zone" to let earth continue to grow by itself for now....
