Alien Dream maybe memory

I had a crazy dream last night, out in a field at nightfall with someone else, we had some type of telescope that could take pictures, we took a picture of the moon in space and it printed instantly and then I said whats they glare, he took another type of paper, put it over the picture, rubbed side of a pencil or something over it, and you could see a huge dumbell type shaped aircraft floating in space in between earth and the moon and at that point it was like a memory hit me and it terrified me in the dream because it felt like a real memory and it was a huge white dumbell craft, all white with a long tube between to huge round white ends and a big black glass looking thing in the center of the white tube and I realized right then. They are here, we just cant see them with our own eyes and I felt terrified and woke up. This is where it got wierd, I woke up in the exact center of my bed, laying head facing up with my arms crossed over my chest and legs together without the blanket over my face and panicked, looked at my clock and it said 7:00am on the dot, which is wierd and then my comcast box was off and in the first screen of rebooting back up. I never go to sleep in the center of my king size bed, I always to the side, and I NEVER wake up or lay the way I woke up, NEVER, and I always have the blanket over my head, ALWAYS. The sun was out and I felt so scared, that I could not shut my eyes for almost 20 min and my eyes were watering like no other. I felt absolutely terrified and still feel nervous 18 hours later. Part of me feels like I may have been abducted, cant believe Im saying it. A week before that I had a different teriifying dream where I woke up, thought I was awake but could not move and there was a tall dark figure right next to me staring at me with a smirk and I keep trying to roll toward the center of my bed and couldnt move at all, I then woke up feeling pretty much terrified, are these possibly related and has something been watching me?
