What are the most credible sources which prove that extraterrestrials have indeed had some some sort of interaction with humanity?

Apologies if this is an already exhausted topic of discussion. But I am curious if there are sources available today in 2022 which go beyond some pixelated picture of a UFO and provide sound and believable evidence of extraterrestrials being anywhere near our planet at any time.
