The 1994 Roswell investigation was a result of Cong Steven Schiff, of New Mexico trying to find info out about what happened. He calls the USAF who claim no information on it, then he goes to the GAO. The USAF then opens their own investigation, which I think was to avoid a thorough investigation by another govt agency. After the farce of a report in '94, the GAO does their own which DOES NOT support the USAF report. The GAO says they only found there was tons of files/ correspondence from the time period was Improperly destroyed.
Now, Project Mogul, starting in 1946 was the Army Air Forces project run parallel to the Navy's Project Helios & skyhook . The documents on Mogul acknowledge that even the balloon clustering info, and starting then switching from neoprene to polyethylene were taken from the Navy projects. Contrary to popular belief, Project MOGUL wasn't some top secret program. USAF Gen Carl Spaatz initiated Mogul and tasksd an NYU group in Nov 1946," to design, develop,& fly constant level balloons to carry instruments at altitudes ranging 10-20 kilometers, adjustable at 2 km intervals. The goal was to maintin an altitude within a 500meter variance, and sustain that altitude for 48 hours".
Now some people support the USAF official explanation & say that there was a coverup, but it was just covering up the Top secret nature of the Mogul project at Holloman. This is absolutely not the case. Project Mogul itself, wasn't ever top secret or classified, Project MOGUL News Headline July, 10 1947 this false claim seems to have been started to support the balloon hypothesis. Also, according to the USAF report on Roswell, there was an unaccounted for Flight on June 4, (flight 4) that fits perfectly with the debris found on Brazels ranch. The only issue is that, Dr Charles Moore, a Mogul scientist involved in the experiments and the USAF witness refers to Dr Albert Crarys logbook for the flight experiments, as he was the MOGUL project engineer who recorded every single flight summation that occured. No one else. Dr Crarys Logbook on the date in question explicitly states & Dr Moore quotes
"Out to Tularosa Range and fired charges between 00 and 06 this am. No balloon flight again on account of clouds. Flew regular sonobuoy mike up in cluster of balloons and had good luck on receiver on ground but poor on plane. Out with Thompson pm. Shot charges 1800 to 2400."
Here we have proof that Flight 4, NEVER HAPPENED. Before anyone tries to argue that the cluster of balloons explains the debris ,In 1959, the DOD released Holloman AFB ( Balloon Branch) file titled contributions of balloon research to R&D Holloman AFB 1947-1958 where you'll find a detailed description of the balloon tests & equipment, as well as on the Chronology of the research at the Base. The 1st entry date is June 5, 1947 " 1st successful research balloon launch at Holloman AFB"(this would be Flight #5,#4 is alleged to have been on June 4) a cluster of rubber balloons.
NO RAWIN radar targets were even being used then. Yet the famous photos show Gen Ramey with a RAWIN Mil -307🤔. How could a Project MOGUL Balloon that wasn't even in use at the time, account for the debris shown? Better yet, you can see for yourself the fuckin debris doesn't even match the materials that the Balloon Branch used at all.
The Mogul ballon story has fallen apart already, but there's more to be said about the alleged flight #4. It is clear the flight was cancelled and only a smaller service flight was done, & there's no evidence that it even ever left the base. Mogul summary records have a blank in the numbered sequence for Flights 2,3,4 with absolutely NO flight data in the project summaries (ie trajectory, altitude) as with real flights. Despite this, they somehow resurrected documented cancelled flights & even used wording to insinuate the flight had gone up. Lt McAndrews writes in the report under landing site (Unknown) . Now,the service flights were regularly lost and not recovered, but this was fine because they We're normal weather balloons with nothing but a microphone. The research flights, were different, they were accompanied by the "Balloon Unit", either by ground or by plane to recover equipment & for the experiment itself.
Regarding Flight 2,what the NYU Special Report really says is "Due to high winds, and due to malfunction of the Army recieved in the plane that was to follow the balloons release was not made & the equipment was returned to NYU. What McAndrews writes in the fictional report is "flight 2 was flown, in an attempt to gain acoustical data from an explosion, on German island of Helgoland. Yet the footnote #18 references the Actual NYU report that said Flight was cancelled with all equipment shipped off for later use. This is to show the obvious deception involved in the USAF attempt to explain away whatever occured at in 1947.
-What's extremely important to note, is that Project Mogul wasn't classified, nor hidden, in 1947. It was plastered all over multiple newspapers on July 10, including the Alberquerque headline I linked above, obviously to try and allude to this being the cause of the debris recovered on Brazel ranch. This shouldn't be a question, the documented truth is that the classified portion of the project didn't begin until Aug 1948. As you'll find in the documents released at the NSA, AFOAT-1(AF Of Atomic energy )AFOAT-1 (atomic energy testing office of Air Force. The portion of the project involving Nuclear secrecy began a whole year after the Roswell crash. So, if this wasn't even a classified project at the time, Why was unclassified information classified for 70+ years? As for the Mac Brazel "description", the evidence seems to point to him being forced to describe one of the MOGUL balloons. The USAF report quotes the newspaper article where Brazel states he had 2 other weather balloons he found on his property, but it doesn't give the full quote. Brazel states he had found 2 other balloons on his property, BUT this wasn't a weather balloon. Ironically, Dr Moore gives the same description Brazel did, almost verbatim, proving that he was lying because the debris wasnt even used at the time. Even the skeptics like Brad Sparks acknowledge Dr Moore has been proven unreliable more than once, even falsifying data to support his trajectory of the alleged flight.
A user commented in a previous thread that The famous July 8 newspaper actually has another report in the bottom right that's announcing Lt Gen Nathan Twining was also in NM investigating the summer wave of UFO sightings.
Remember MOGUL was out of NYU, & Watson Labs running the project at Alamogordo,NM. Lt Gen Twining was in charge of WrightPat, a Lt Gen(0-9) at the time. But it was the 0-7 Brg Gen Ramey who was brought in to handle the press.. Why? Because Twining wasn't gonna play ball, he was later moved to Alaska after his estimate of the situation.
What I think happened? A craft of non-human intelligence crashed. Gen Ramey is holding a memo in the press photos, so I asked myself who would the memo likely have come from? The Chief of Staff USAF Hoyt Vandenberg . This is his personal diary entry for the morning of the press conference, showing he cancels an appt to meet with Gen Curtis Lemay, head of R&D. Lemay was founder RAND Corp with Gen Hap Arnold.
Here's a list of the Nobel Prizes from the first decade 1947-57 of RAND. RAND Corp reinvented the post war world on that list is the inventor of laser, semiconductor laser, transistor, color tv, ARPANET, game theory, fiber optics for communication. Also, after the USAF broke off from Douglas they got in bed with Lockheed Martin. Ben Rich & his son Dr Michael Rich. The son was on the board at the Corp for 40 years, & spent the last 12 as President.
Thread on B29 pilot PFC Lloyd Thompson
-Co founder of RAND, Father of the USAF , General Arnold who established the 509th and (like General LeMay) he was closely associated with Colonel William "Butch" Blanchard the Commanding Officer of the 509th bombing wing.
In the Morning Report of the Roswell Army Air Force Base for July 8, 1947, we find that Col Jennings, who was second in command of the 509th, officially assumed command of the 509th and the Roswell AAFB. This is standard procedure on a military base when the Commanding Officer leaves the base for an extended period of time. - Next, we have the content of a telegram dated July 9, 1947 informing the Commanding General of the US Army Air Force that Blanchard had an appointment with the Gov of New Mexico on the 9th of July to ask him about proclaiming Air Force Day in New Mexico. Report
Regarding TWX AFDOI One Five Zero dated Seven July Colonel William H Blanchard and Mr. Oliver LaFarge have appointment with Governor Mabry for Nine July to request his proclaiming of Air Force Day pd.
- Then there was this AP item in the July 10th edition of the Albuquerque Journal datelined Roswell, NM, July 9:
"William Blanchard, commanding officer of the Roswell Army Air Field, left here today for a three weeks vacation in Santa Fe and Colorado."
So Col Blanchard dropped the ball with the Flying Saucer press release, the top brass wanted to get him out of the reach of the press and sends him on a quick leave. He ends up coming back & is on the fast track to becoming 4* Gen & Secy of the USAF. Ramey has an AFB named after him. Now if you'll research his bio, you'll see why Hap Arnold is immortalized. He was influential enough to get ALL UFO sightings reports to be sent through Rand Corp, established the FFRDCs(Federally funded research and development centers) allowing govt funding with no oversight. Arnold is also the Gen who was on charge of the very 1st UFO investigation in 1943 on Foo Fighters. Oh & Arnold retired in 1947.
