Does anyone remember the guy who sent the video of the "alien interview". He said something big was going to happen in the ending years of the 2020's but nothing happen

He made a follow up video with I'm guessing the people who made the documentary and he said he was dying and the world was going to see a big event in the 20 20's but nothing happen. I can't find the video anymore but it was just a video where a "alien" with his bobbing head was being interview.
