In July 1960, the captain of the Argentine Air Force, Luis Niotti, was traveling north on Route 36 in the area of Villa General Belgrano, Córdoba, when he observed an object at low altitude. With his 35 mm camera he took a picture and saw the object moving away. The image was studied by the Aeronautical Information Service (SIO), which determined its authenticity.
A 35 mm camera and 21º DIN film was used, with a 2.8 diaphragm and 1/60 of a second speed, with the distance indicator at infinity.

The UFO was coming from the West towards the Sea side (towards the East).
The camera used was a Praktica Pentacon camera with Kodak roll film, the UFO was silver and reflected the sunlight but for some reason, in the photo it came out black.
This photo had the privilege of appearing in the famous American series "The X Files".

The case tells of the experience lived by Mr. Osman Alberto Simonini, who during the night and while driving a Chevrolet truck, 1957 model, on the road leaving La Dulce and taking the Juarez-Necochea highway, observed an object near KM 28 of route 86, a light that seemed to follow him.
The episode took place at 8:10 p.m., when Simonini was traveling and thinking that it was a vehicle that never overtook him despite the low speed (25 km/h) he then noticed on his left on the roadside and following a parallel direction, at a distance of 3 meters and at a height of 2 meters, an "artifact" similar to two plates joined at their widest part, with an approximate diameter of 5 meters.
