The truth seems like it's really, really dark

Think about it - 70 fucking years, no disclosure.

That was 70 years of different people, different ideas on what would be best for humanity, what we deserve to know and not to know. Generation after generation of people who think differently and act differently. People who are selfish, and people who are the exact opposite. People who like to keep secrets, and people who can't keep their mouth shut. So many leaders have passed into the know.

And every single fucking one decided not to go public. Not one person who knew the full story decided to tell us.

These are people that have also decided to serve our country, who believe in us, who believe in American freedom. And they all decided it's best for Americans not to fucking know the truth.

I think that really opens the door to the idea that the truth is more horrifying than we realize. It can't just be that it'd upend power structures. There must have been freethinkers and rebels during that 70 year period. Yet still, none came forward with the full truth. People have disclosed UFOs... But those people don't know the full truth. Everyone who has, kept their mouth fucking shut.

And listen to Lue Elizondo, listen to how fucking serious he gets, the cryptic words he uses. He said the truth would be somber and sobering. That it'd call into question our entire knowledge of our history. That we need to stop thinking that the sun revolves around us, need to quit making that mistake. He said that everything we've ever been taught hasn't been exactly "accurate". He said CE-5 works "but you don't want to do it".

He also said we're not the apex predators we believe we are.

That is a bit fucking unsettling isn't it? Lue seems like one of those freethinkers that wants us to know, but still, all he's saying is that shit is really fucking scary if you think about it. His face looks haunting when he starts opening up.

I think there might be some terrible fucking truths attached to the phenomenon, and that maybe we don't want to know. Maybe these people really are doing us a favor, maybe they wish they didn't know.

Yeah, I want to know and I get it. We're adults, we should be allowed to know the truth. I fucking get it, I've been dying to know the full truth.

But something tells me that it might not be a happy one, and they might actually think they're doing us a huge favor by keeping the secret.
