What if some alien civilizations are still in the Stone Age era?? Just a thought

I was thinking if their were advance civilizations why Haven’t they visited us one reason can be they are still in the primitive era And why do aliens have to be creature looking. What if they are human like think about it so many galaxy’s and some of them have to be just starting out like somewhere theirs a civilization just starting out and one just dying out It’s scary to think 🤔 time is so understood

Also this ufo or uap can be drones from other advance civilizations they drive it from their planet
