(Coming from a UAP perspective)
I imagine that's a increasingly desperate, envious world which throws everything and the kitchen sink into science.
I also imagine it's a world that's willing to consider everything; scratch that, superstition would be back - and people occasionally laugh nervously when they rewatch an avengers movie.
If they said sightings are increasing; that might even be a world that has it's shit together.
