I have seen Patient Seventeen about Lier and the man who had the object removed from his leg. And supposedly they’ve found these shards in other people too and have tested them.
I’m really quite skeptical about it given the guy rode motor bikes and stuff that could have been an earth borne object and they just wanted the hype or whatever. But they found others they say so it stays a topic I think of sometimes.
I am wondering what exactly the thinking on these things is in the alien believers community. What do people think they do? Are we doing something about them? Do you think that governments or religious organizations are aware that people are getting these?
Also I’ve never heard anything about certain sides of these people with the supposed implants’ lives. They never talk about any psychological effects of these. Or social relations before/after receiving these. Surely those things are far more relevant to everybody involved, the doctors patients and viewers. If they caused psychological changes that would totally be the most important part in showcasing these.
But instead it’s a bunch of what-a-do about spectroscopy and elemental compositions in these. It is an attempt at presenting a certain thing when the certain things about it definitely escape us. It makes me doubt all the evidence that they present, that they don’t take a more human focused approach to presenting these. I feel like it’s maybe a subject that’s more disabling to the community of alien believers than it is beneficial. Just basing that on what they present and how.
