I followed NASA's Instructions on downloading the Decoder software only to realize that i would need a satellite dish in addition to the decoder to directly receive the feed. But according to what I've read, in theory somebody could be downloading the raw data (Not decoded video) and streaming that out for me to run through the decoder software and watch the content.
Does anybody know of anybody doing this?
