Telepathy?

Many if not most abductees claim to have communicated with beings through thought transfer, or telepathy. Having words, images and even planted emotions put into their heads. Even if it's a very common occurrence in witness testimonys it's something I can never wrap my head around (no pun intented). Then again, I wouldn't be able to explain to anyone how radios and wireless technology works, but that is just that, technology. How could something biological have such an extraordinary ability? Unless they aren't biological, which would raise even more questions...

Furthermore, are thoughts transmitted in the recievers language (which would mean the aliens are multilingual and have a foreknowledge on which language to use. I'd love to see an alien talk Swedish with me, but I digress) or is it somewhere along the lines of the "thought waves" being broken down into the implication of the words (ones and zeroes if you will), and then reinterpreted by the recievers brain?

I know it all sounds like gobbledigook but there seems to be something to it and if anyting, it's interesting to speculate. Would be interesting to hear from someone who has experienced this.
