What's stopping them from abducting a baby/infant and raising it as an experiment, a human that has never seen earth and has no way of getting back or even ever knowing of his/her home. It sounds stupidly far fetched but if aliens/ufo's have a real history of abductions, what's stopping that scenario from happening? Has there ever been a story of a baby/infant being abducted by a ufo/alien entity before in the past?
It's just interesting to think about the chances of a human being out there far into space without the foggiest idea of the planet it came from.
