I'm posting on behalf of a very close friend of mine who wanted to remain anonymous. The reason for this post is to see if anyone has experienced anything similar, or may have any advice as to what was witnessed. Per my own research, I have read about occurrences of this otherworldly operation style around this timeframe in the United States. For the sake of the story anonymity, the person referenced will be named Jessica. Additionally, I will draw images of what Jessica had described to me were the aliens she had encountered and their mode of transportation.
Jessica is now in her 50's but has a memory from her childhood that she remembers very vividly, and has never told anyone but me. She claim's it was around 1976 in a small town in southwest Ohio. It was late summer, say September timeframe right around twilight (probably 7 or 8 p.m. when the horizon has that orange ridge that fades to blue as you gaze upward). Jessica's parents allowed her to play outside within a boundary limit of their street, and curfew was when the streetlights came on. Disobeying her parents Jessica decided to walk two blocks outside of her allowed boundary to a nearby field and water tower. When she got to the edge of the field where the water tower was approximately a 40 yard distance away, she encountered three aliens and their spacecraft below the water tower. Her description was very "classic." The aliens were average adult height and build (guessing 5 - 6 ft. tall/ 180 - 200 lbs), with thin but large heads, large dark eyes, a grey skin tone, with long arms and fingers. The spacecraft was also a classic "flying saucer," thin round profile with a dome on top and a drawbridge that lowered for boarding. Jessica never went that far outside of her boundary limits until that day when she claimed she felt drawn to go over there. Two of the aliens were loading black boxes onto the space craft, while one was standing near the edge of the field closer to Jessica. Suddenly, the idle, nearby alien noticed her and gave her a surprised look of, "no one is supposed to be here." Scared for her life Jessica turned and ran the two blocks back to her house, where she went inside to get ready for bed.
Jessica's bedtime was 9 p.m. Back in the 70's it was very normal to sleep with windows and doors open. Jessica's bedroom window was open and in the back of the house facing the water tower. She told me, "I remember laying in bed, it was pitch black dark and quiet, I was drifting in and out of sleep and suddenly I opened my eyes and one of them was standing over me right beside my bed." "I wanted to scream in fear, but no noise was coming out, I was completely paralyzed and frozen, and could not move or speak." "After a few moments of staring at one another I blacked out." "The next thing I remember was that I was coming in and out of sleep being carried in the house by the alien." "It laid me down on the footstool in the living room." "I had lift my head to watch it walk back out of the house, almost as if to say goodbye, and then passed out again on the footstool until I woke up there the next morning."
Jessica had told me her entire life she had convinced herself this was a dream, but felt comfortable telling me as I have been exploring the possibilities of extra terrestrial life myself. She never told her family because she would have gotten in trouble for breaking the rules, and from the sound of it her family would not be too receptive of her explanation of what she saw. The last odd thing from the experience, was that shortly after the encounter, Jessica was diagnosed with epilepsy and began having to take medicine to prevent seizures.
