Momentarily putting on my larger tin-foil hat.
What if Luis in comparable to Ed Snowden in the fact that he had access to information he believes is important for the public to know but is taking the “correct” approach on getting the info out there.
In reality what options does Luis have? He could either leak a ton of classified info and try to flee the country, or do something like a docu-series where he knows where to find the credible sources and the right questions to ask them without having to break his oath of secrecy.
