I can verify that I saw this EXACT SAME UFO.

I was like "wtf is that" and looked up "black s shaped ufo" and there was a video of this on phys.org ( same as you see on youtube here ) and the person who took it was asking the physics forum what was going on with it because it didn't have any visible means of propulsion and was rotating and moving against the wind ...

And let me tell you that is EXACTLY what I witnessed, in a completely different part of the world, several YEARS later. I happened to be outside and looked up and saw it. It wasn't any higher that like an evergreen tree, or a couple light poles up. It was this black s shaped balloon looking thing and it was really really really unnaturally spinning or rotating end over end, and nobody sells any balloons that look like that, and even if it was a balloon the way it was moving - there is no way, it was going against the wind and was controlled in the way it moved ( as opposed to being free floating ) and it just slowly went right over me, I was fucking dumbfounded - never seen ANYTHING like that before.

So I pointed this out several years ago, and of course it falls on deaf ears because nobody believes thats what a UFO "should look like" but guess what, now that the Tic-Tac UFO footage is released, you can see that there is a common way in which these things move. Totally 360, including rotations.

Call bullshit all you want, I know what I saw - and then I looked it up and someone else had seen the same thing. You can say "balloon" all you want, but it wasn't a fucking balloon. There was intelligence in it, like looking at some deep underwater jellyfish swim about the ocean on a deep water cam.
