Sometimes i see people here talking about "consensus reality", and i assume this means that objective reality is some kind of construct of multiple subjective minds. I saw someone say that the grey/mantis species have telepathic hivemind and so can manipulate their consensus reality.
I think there would be a way to test this is possible in principle (perhaps many such tests have already done, havent looked into it):
- Two people that know eachother are spatially separated from eachother
- There is no communication through the outside world
- They both form the intention to dream at a certain moment in time
- This intention includes trying to give eachother a random number or phrase (which they get from google just before going off to dreamland)
If they were to succeed, it would mean that dreamland is more real than we thought. That it is possible that our entire objective reality is such a thing, just involving many more minds.
Questions
Do you think this is possible? Have such experiments already been done and what is the best evidence so far? What are the implications for us or aliens if it is possible?
