Space defense, Intel, DOD officials & documentation claim there's a US secret moon base

Last night I made a thread on Dr Brandenburg & his Theory of Mars being hit by 2 nukes in the past. I listed his credentials in the thread, but I want to reiterate he as Dept Manager of NASA’s Clementine Mission to the Moon, which was a joint space project where the Ballistic Missile Defense Organization (BMDO) participated together with NASA to do some research on the moon. Brandenburg acknowledged the true objective of the program.

“It was (the Clementine Mission) a photo reconnaissance mission basically to see if who someone was building bases on the moon that we didn’t know about. Were they expanding them? Of all the pictures I’ve seen from the moon that show possible structures, the most impressive is an image of a mile wide recto-linear structure. This looked unmistakably artificial, and it shouldn’t be there. As somebody in the space defense community, I look on any such structure on the moon with great concern because it isn’t ours, there’s no way we could have built such a thing. It means someone else is up there.”

Here's an article from the Journal of Space Science image analysis of unusual Structures on moon

For those who aren't aware, Col Corso made public the US army 1961 Project Horizon https://documents.theblackvault.com/documents/army/horizonvol2.pdf & Project Horizon which was planning a moon base. I really think they actually completed the base. In 1964, we have USAF Dr Robert Jacobs claiming he was witness to a UFO shooting down a dummy warhead & having the footage confiscated & covered up. Not too long after this allegedly occured came the International 1967 Outer space treaty. Remember https://wikileaks.org/podesta-emails/emailid/1802)this from Edgar Mitchell to John Podesta, about the "contiguous ETI", who wouldn't tolerate nukes in space/war & wants to give us ZPE?

This is an account from Dr Peter Beter, who was the General Counsel of the World Import-Export Bank (-https://youtu.be/uGGh4XxcXhA?list=PLdtfE1_vu8Q66FrFpgGl0lHqsEYTJ1owt )

By 1972, these experiments still were a long way from a suitable weapon for deployment on the moon. But ominous developments in the Soviet Union led to the decision to cut off the Apollo program prematurely so that the construction of the secret moon base could be rushed ahead

-Early in 1973, soon after the supposed end of the American moon program, we began hearing about a place called Diego Garcia in the Indian Ocean. Supposedly we were merely building a communications installation there, yet the drastic step was taken of relocating the 20,000 natives from this small island to other areas.

-I was first alerted to the existence of a secret base on the moon last November 1976–but it has been one of the best kept of all Rockefeller secrets, and it was only a few weeks ago that I was able to confirm its existence and learn the complete story; and since that time, events have moved with lightning speed.

An interesting document on the US secret moon base - Lt General Korieysov

Dr Jessica Utts: Remote Viewing Statistics analysis statistics https://youtu.be/YrwAiU2g5RU because most people haven't seen the actual stats on remote viewing & dismiss it as nonsense

Major General Albert Stubblebine Albert "Bert" Newton Stubblebine III (killed February 6, 2017) was a United States Army major general whose active duty career spanned 32 years. He is credited with redesigning the U.S. Army intelligence architecture during his time as commanding general of the U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) from 1981 to 1984, after which he retired from active service.

A key sponsor of the research internally at Fort Meade, MD, MG Stubblebine is adamant about the reality of psychic phenomena. This is the highest Army Intelligence officer in the US. Responsible for getting the Remote Viewing projects started & he confirmed the projects never stopped. He required that all of his Battalion Commanders le and he himself attempted several psychic feats, even attempting to walk through walls. In the early 1980s he was responsible for the United States Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM), during which time the remote viewing project in the US Army began. Maj Gen Stubblebine says that Project stargate Remote Viewing is ACCURATE. Says there's structures on & beneath Martian surface. He says the knowledge of a previous civilization on Mars is well known by top Intel/military brass. Did anyone else read the Project Stargate files & ask how the monitor had such specific coordinates, changing locations multiple times? When you read through the Mars session, it's obvious that someone has previous information

I want to post a couple of interesting passages about RV in the programs during the 70s-80s.

-The RV star was Pat Price, who joined the program in 1973 and accurately remotely viewed a Soviet installation in the northern Ural Mountains. cvi In another series of experiments, Puthoff and a skeptic at SRI named Earl Jones drove to nine separateby Jones. Back at the lab, Targ monitored Price, who described seven of those places accurately. In some cases, Price did this before Jones and Puthoff had reached their target, and before Jones had even decided on a target. Price appeared to be moving not only through space, but through time. cvii Price also saw aliens. He told Puthoff that there were four major underground alien bases, each within a different mountain region. Price had done this on his own and was simply giving his boss the data. The main purpose of the bases, he stated, was to “reinforce B.T.L. implants, transport of new recruits and overall monitoring function.” Just what B.T.L. implants were Price did not know, nor apparently does anyone today, although the phenomenon of alien abduction certainly comes to mind. The inhabitants of the bases looked like normal human beings, said Price, although the heart, lungs, blood and eyes were different. The four sites were protected from discovery and had very advanced technology. Price also said the inhabitants of these bases used “thought transfer for motor control of us.” The first base, said Price, was at Mt. Perdido in the Pyrenees Mountains, between France and Spain. It was guarded with a two-mile perimeter of detectors, and contained several craft, apparently using an electromagnetic field propulsion system. Another was at Mount Inyangani, the highest mountain in Rhodesia (now Zimbabwe). It looked like “a maintenance and tech center.” A third site was at Mount Hayes, northeast of Anchorage, Alaska. This seemed to be a weather and geological center. In the event of discovery, “personnel are deployed physically . . . to make sure of failure of that certain project. This site has also been responsible for strange activity and malfunction of U.S. and Soviet space projects.” The fourth site was at Mount Ziel, in Australia’s Northern Territory. This base had the most personnel, including many from the other three sites, “like a rest and recreation area.” While viewing this location, Price thought he was detected, so he “left,” but then returned. He noted the base was also the “homo sapiens introduction point.”Price did not think aliens limited themselves to these four bases; he also sensed bases on the Moon, Mars, and under Earth’s oceans.

Incidentally, Puthoff later gave Price’s Mount Hayes folder to Lieutenant F. Holmes (“Skip”) Atwater, who tasked remote viewers for the Star Gate program, an extended remote viewing effort under the control of the U.S. Army. In 1982, Atwater asked his leading remote viewer, Joe McMoneagle, to target the area. McMoneagle perceived a mountainous region with underground tubes, tunnels, and ball shaped objects. “I’ve never seen anything like it,” he said. “It’s like walking into a place I have no familiarity with at all.” cix Ingo Swann possibly had the most amazing ET-related experiences, the topper of which concerns his encounters with a mysterious “Mr. Axelrod.” In February 1975, Swann received a phone call from a friend whom he described as “a certain highly placed functionary in Washington, D.C.” The friend told him that someone under the pseudonym of “Mr. Axelrod” would soon telephone him, and that it was very important Swann did “whatever he asks, and ask no questions.” Accustomed to unusual requests in his line of work, Swann agreed. There was no secrecy agreement or anything, just 1 condition that Swann wouldnt talk for ten years, after which “our mission will have ‘disappeared’ as it were.” The two became friendly. “Axel” said he knew all about Swann’s remote viewing of Jupiter, and asked Swann what he knew about the Moon. Not much, said Swann. “Well,” said Axelrod, “we want you to go to the Moon for us, and describe what you see.” He gave Swann about ten Moon coordinates, causing Swann to wonder if Axelrod’s group was looking for places to hide a Moon base, or perhaps searching for a lost, secret, spacecraft. Swann “went” to the coordinates and saw a green haze, two rows of lights, and towers. He apologized – clearly, he was perceiving Earth, not the Moon. Axelrod seemed perturbed and asked Swann if he was sure of what he saw. He saw an even larger tower at the edge of a crater, as tall as a skyscraper. “Am I, then, to assume this stuff really is on the Moon?” No answer. “Am I to assume this stuff is not ours? Not made on Earth?” Axelrod finally answered: “Quite a surprise, isn’t it?

When asking about the base on the moon“frankly, no one has known what to do, and many mistakes have been made.”

  • Did the aliens tell us to stay away, Swann asked. Axelrod deflected that question. Notice he says mistakes have been made, is the Jacobs account true, and this is why the Outer space treaty was signed? Forced on us maybe? The USAF was asked to run an interservice space program & declined. So they seperated themselves again, forming the NRO. The NRO was unknown to the public from 1960 until the '90s. So nobody was aware of the secret USAF program that trained astronauts with regular NASA astronauts in the 1960s. Supposedly"equipment payloads" but there were MULTIPLE astronauts who DIED in the short amount of time. Was the USAF warned away from the moon? Lt Gen Trudeau, of the US Army FTD & Corso's bosss recommended to Congress that "All space activities be handed over to the USAF
    -Secret USAF/NRO space program (https://www.primidi.com/manned_orbiting_laboratory/history/mol_astronauts)

I feel there is more than enough here to suggest that the Horizon moon base program may have actually been completed. Dr Brandenburg is the man tasked with the Moon mission & he makes it clear why they were there, despite what the public is told. Take this into consideration & USAF Sgt Karl Wolfe who was murdered recently after he was vocal about the base that was located on the moon. A decidedly conservative mainstream scientific establishment often rejects anomalies based on subject matter alone, i.e., there cannot be alien artifacts on the moon because there are no alien artifacts on the moon (or other planets). Such a view is an example of circular reasoning, based on the belief that extraterrestrials do not exist, or if they do exist that they could not have traveled to our solar system.
