When guys you say the words “consciousness”, “dimension” and “vibration”, what exactly do you guys mean?

I see those three words all the time on /r/aliens. The issue is it’s not really clear to me what people mean when they say these words. They’re always talked about how they relate to aliens/UFOs, but no one can really nail down what they mean. So in your own words, what do you think these word/words mean?

Here’s what I think people mean when they say Consciousness/Dimension/Vibration:

Consciousness: Just sentience, so it’s not clear to me why people keep talking about how sentience is related to aliens/UFOs.

Dimension: I think when people say this on /r/aliens, I think they’re referring to some other plane of existence that humanity is not aware of, let alone how to access it.

Vibration: Just the sum of conscious and unconscious actions. For example, if some junkie was walking toward you and looking at you like a predator looks at its prey, then the junkie would obviously have a bad vibe/vibration.

This is what I think people mean when they say these words. But how would you define these three words?
